Aside from all the problematic things inside the Monster Girl Encyclopedia (I mean, what else do you expect from a hentai series?) I actually do rlly like the concept of the MGE, as the Monster AU does take inspo from it with the Researcher making her own guidebook for the monster women she encounters 😅

Quite a creative concept if I do say so myself!
